      <title>Gold Coast Womens Health and Wellbeing Expo</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-15162336"&gt;Womens Health and Wellbeing Expo.&amp;#160; Thanks to Councillor Jan Grew and her team supported by the many Sponsors, along with&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-15162337"&gt;the skill and expertise of Jo Kane of Breeze Events and her team, saw the 2012 Women&amp;#39;s Health and Wellbeing Expo at the Robina Community Centre was yet another successful event for Women on the Gold Coast.&amp;#160; There were Medical, Wealth and Wellbeig Seminars, Health Exhibitiors, Cooking Demonstrations, Fashion and Fitness, and plenty of giveaways. The Great Debate was fantastic.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; The sponsors include: Gold Coast City Council, Queensland Govertnment, Byron of Byron, &amp;#160;92.5 Gold FM, GCMA, DeLonghi, Morlife, Pauls Good to Go, Vaalia, TWW, Pure Indulgence, Glam Affair, Robina Town Centre.&amp;#160; Charities supported include Domestic Violence Prevention Centre Gold Coast, Look Good Feel Better-Healing Women with Cancer.&amp;#160; With special thanks to Workshop and Seminar Contributors: Essence of Living, GCD, Volunteering Gold Coast. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-15162338"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-15162339"&gt;The 40+ Exhibitors had the opportunity to present talks on as many topics from Recent advances in IVF, the different types of Cancers (Thyroid, Cervical etc), Women&amp;#39;s Safety and Crime Prevention presented by a local policewoman,&amp;#160; Type2 Diabetes, Core Strength Pilates, Thinking about a Career Change, Avoiding Scams and Rip offs, Destressing, Food and Moods, Healthy Relationships, How to Make Change Easy, and many more.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

[And I didnt leave empty handed].&amp;#160; They are located at the Club Workshop at Little Drysdale Street, Ayr, North Queensland.&amp;#160; The Club Workshops are held Tuesday 7 - 9 pm, and there will be Workshops scheduled throughout the year.&amp;#160; Keep your eyes open for their new website where you may have the opportunity to make purchases of these unique woodwork items.&amp;#160; Best wishes to Dianne and the team.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-9083896"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2" color="#007236"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2" color="#007236"&gt;31.3.2012 I attended the 50th Qld Law Society Symposium and was fortunate enough to ask Erin Brockovich a question on her recent visit to Australia.&amp;#160;The questions was:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="2" color="#007236"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;quot;If you could leave one message for your Australian Environmental Supporters, what would it be?&amp;quot;&amp;#160; She replied &amp;quot;Speak up, Speak Out.&amp;#160; You may be wrong, but what if you are right?&amp;quot; Erin reported that there is a film coming out and being launched in the US on 4th May 2012, called &amp;quot;Last Call at the Oasis&amp;quot;, and she is arranging for it to be premiered in Australia after that.&amp;#160; The article was submitted for inclusion into the next edition of the Women&amp;#39;s Network Association Magazine.       <title>Kings Canyon near Alice Springs</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29059851"&gt;Kings Canyon is a remarkable formation.&amp;#160; APT's very capable driver Garry ensured that we had rest breaks and gave a very informed commentary on the terrain and the history of the region.&amp;#160; The helicopter tour of the rim&amp;#160;was fantastic.&amp;#160; Thanks Richard.&amp;#160; Great pilot by the way.&amp;#160; Next morning we began the 6 kilometre walk that required a degree of fitness took us through to the Lost City and the Garden of Eden.&amp;#160; If you haven't been to Kings Canyon then ensure that you do.&amp;#160; The seclusion is undescribable.&amp;#160; An incredible history behind its beginnings.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Sunrise at Uluru (Ayers Rock), the Olgas</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31241405"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-31241406"&gt;This was one of the best ever.&amp;#160; The early start was invigorating.&amp;#160; We drove early with APT to the base site to watch the sun come up over one of the world's natural wonders.&amp;#160;APT had the table set up ready for our morning coffee.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&amp;#160;There were people from all over the world competing for the best location for their photos and home movies.&amp;#160; Go to the&amp;#160;website for the photo series that will go up and change regularly.&amp;#160; Then APT took us to the Kata Tjunta (Olgas) and&amp;#160; the Walpa Gorge.&amp;#160; The sheer walls that flank you as you enter the gorge are surprising.&amp;#160; The wide angled lense wasnt wide enough.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;The 'wind' factor was a surprise.&amp;#160; Apart its hard to stand upright during the winter months.&amp;#160; The presence of some small kangaroos was a treat and&amp;#160;delighted of our overseas visitors.&amp;#160; They ate &amp;quot;Aussie&amp;quot; pizza dressed with kangaroo, emu and crocodile that night.&amp;#160; I stuck with beef!&amp;#160;&amp;#160; :)&amp;#160;&lt;div id="ctrl-31241407"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Uluru Base Tour, Sunset Drinks</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-29366319"&gt;Uluru Base Tour and Sunset Drinks at Ayers Rock Resort arranged by APT or Australian Pacific Touring (1800 891 121) was just amazing.&amp;#160; They meet you at Ayers Rock Airport, transfer you to your destination (mine was Outback Pioneer).&amp;#160; You enter Ulur-Kata Tjuta National Park and tour the waterhole of Mutitjulu.&amp;#160; Then you take a guided Mala Walk, visiting traditional sites and learing about the region's flora and geology.&amp;#160; The complimentary glass of wine as you sit and watch the sunset - the changing colours is incredible.&amp;#160; This was followed by the Aussie Barbecue.&amp;#160; Thanks APT and especially our driver Garry, who took us on this fabulous journey.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
